This informative and fun 3 day Leadership meets the Utah POST requirements for your Mid Management Certificate! Before you can lead others you need to understand and lead yourself. Not in some soft or touchy feely way but in real life keep your career way. This workshop will keep you motivated, promoted, and prepared for your leadership journey.

Day One; Emotional Intelligence in Public Safety (The science behind leading yourself and others). Every attendee will receive a personalized EQ assessment (PSEQ) and workbook.

Day Two; Individual Leadership and Personal Development. Each attendee will receive a personalized Clifton Strengths and Values in Action assessment.

Day Three: Team Dynamics, Crucial Conversations, and using Leadership applied in a major incident.
