Basic Detective Course

Designed for new or aspiring Detectives and Investigators, this 3-day class will prepare you with a solid foundation of skills to be successful in this new position. A variety of topics will be covered, including tactics to investigate every type of crime a new Detective can expect to investigate, crime scene preservation and processing, forensic evidence preservation, technological tools such as GPS and cell phone data, search warrant and legal process preparation, building a case file, court room testimony, and others. The class will involve some practical exercises.
