Integrating Communications Assessment and Tactics Conference

An innovative, evidence-based approach to use-of-force training, ICAT provides first responding police officers with the tools, skills, and options they need to defuse a range of critical incidents successfully and safely.

The Utah Local Governments Trust honors Utah Law Enforcement. The Trust is the first insurance pool/carrier in the United States to partner with the Police Executive Research Forum and ICAT to bring ICAT training to all Utah Law Enforcement.

The Utah Local Governments Trust is hosting this special event free of charge.
