NTOA Advanced Crisis Negotiations

This course is intended for law enforcement personnel who have prior training and experience in crisis negotiations. It is recommended that students have attended Basic Crisis Negotiations prior to attending this class. This course will include a review of critical basic course concepts and build upon them to provide officers with the best practices in the field of negotiations.
