MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Justin Chapman (Ret.Capt.) dedicated 28 years to law enforcement in Utah, with extensive experience collaborating with, overseeing, and training School Resource Officers (SRO’s). His involvement spans decades, encompassing work with school districts and the state of Utah to address training, policy, and emergency preparedness matters. Since 2007, he has been actively instructing SROs, continually adapting content to align with best practices and evolving legislation. He has a passion for the SRO position and the safety of students staff and SROs.
