Search, Seizure, and Search Warrants (Experienced Cops Teaching Cops) (2 day)

Lt. David Hubbard has been there, done that, and he’s a great instructor. Learn to author search warrants associated with vehicle searches, narcotics seizures, warrantless searches, body intrusions, digital devices (cell phones / computers / social media), and special circumstances. Students will also write search warrants based upon scenarios and participate in practical exercises inclusive of all phases of the search warrant process. This course is a must for patrol officers/deputies and new investigators.
