Training for Law Enforcement regarding Utah State NAGPRA (Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation) and Utah Code 76-9-704 (Abuse or desecration of a dead human body).

This training is designed to help law enforcement understand some of the issues surrounding ancient human remains, the procedures to follow when bones are discovered, and the legal responsibilities of the public, local law enforcement, and State and Federal Agencies.
