The Art of Interview and Interrogation – Finding the Elusive Truth

Solving crimes requires effective interview and interrogation skills. We teach a unique interview style, using elements of other methods, and adapting to each person individually. This technique has been crafted by hundreds of interviews of suspects, victims, and witnesses, and will lead to more information from witnesses, more confessions from suspects, and avoid the awful phenomenon of false confessions. This class includes an overview of various interview methods, pitfalls to avoid, presenting photo arrays, eye witness memory, case studies, case law applicable to custodial interrogation, 5th and 6th amendment issues as they apply to custodial interrogations, and more.
